• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Delivery Time

Pakistan: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination, customs, and courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and available shipping service.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and pack all products before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos/videos of the package and product
• A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
